Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Joel L. Lockhart is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Five and senior supply chain executive with more than 38 years of experience leading global logistics, distribution, materiel operations, and enterprise transformation. His career includes senior Army and Department of Defense civilian leadership assignments supporting complex organizations and mission requirements.
A 2023 inductee into the U.S. Army Quartermaster Hall of Fame, Joel brings disciplined leadership, strategic insight, and a lifelong commitment to service to every Lockhart SCS engagement.
